Other topics include:  current court cases relevant to adaptation and climate change; using legal liability as a tool to affect policy decisions; the need to update building codes to reflect climate threats; what industries and sectors are most vulnerable to adaptation litigation and how will the legal system evolve with adaptation court cases.
